water line

woke up to no running water.
apparently some water line broke,
and most of the city was without.
went to jess' for a shower and laundry.
it eventually came back on.
boil order is still in effect til tomorrow evening.
also- a girl and guy were found dead in the building next door to me yesterday.
details apparently being released tomorrow.
