.....Satin Bower bird.......

I had a 'be still my beating heart' moment today.......
I've been watching this bower for a couple of years now...and today he was there dancing.....amazing.....he didn't mind me being there at all......maybe a practice run for the feathered girl kind......
He was all puffed up,jumping over the bower,flapping his wings,throwing bits into the air......
I was so awe struck,that I forgot my camera,and screwed up 99% of the shots I finally took,but luckily got one.....and his purple eyes......
I felt so privileged to witness his performance.....he usually scurries off.....
The Bower Bird is so fascinating.....soon I'll get a shot of the bower more clearly and tell you more.....
