a quick totally unedited, point and shoot blip in between podiatry and packing.

had a 'biomechanics assessment' today to see why my foot and knee are a wee bit sore while running. turns out i'm actually pretty well aligned... slight embarrassment as the podiatrist asked to see my trainers and a beachful of sand appeared. i did warn him! i cannot imagine looking at feet all day, urgh. interesting assessment though.

anyhow, took this shot while experimenting with flash on, flash off. this is actually looking up to the white ceiling. i liked the illumination on the lily and the dark shadow on the ceiling above.

back to packing!
