The gate on to the fell...

It was wet this morning, then rather grey. Eventually I went for a walk 'round the block' and halfway the sun forced it's way through the clouds, and it lit up patches of the fell, and filtered through the trees. By the time I got home their were swathes of blue sky and lovely cloud patterns. But I liked this picture best, the two different worlds of the enclosure with it's trees, and the open fell, and the inviting gate between them...
