Who killed Dag Hammarskjold?

On 18 September, it will be the 50th anniversary of the death of Dag Hammarskjold, the Swedish UN Secretary-General from 1953 until 1961.

I have to confess that I had not heard of Dag Hammarskjold, much less wondered about his death. However, I am now very much looking forward to reading Susan Williams' well-researched book on the matter. The speeches tonight at the book launch were inspiring.
