'Your hurdies like a distant hill'
I like to come over the moor road with the distant hills (Pentlands) in the background. The light and clouds are always changing.
It seems a while since I took this photo. I was the short walk leader this morning and thenI went to the farm shop to collect the leg of lamb I had ordered for this evening's meal. With help, John and I provided a birthday tea for his sister, Carol, which doubled as a farewell meal for the Americans who go home this weekend. We were 15 adults and Ella.
It is now all eaten and tidied up. Time for bed methinks!
