An Embarrassing Swelling.....

......on my knee. I had a wee crashette on my bike a week or so ago, and the swelling on my knee is refusing to deflate. Currently, it looks Frank Bough's napper from his Grandstand days.

Elsewhere, I had my last training session before my 10k on Sunday. It all went well; I felt pretty good after a 5k jog, some weights and 15mins on the rowing machine.
