It'll soon be time to dust off all my various sets of rechargeable cells (after finding wherever they've all got to) and start carrying a few spare sets around with me all the time, ready for when the journeys to and from work start getting a bit on the dusky side. There are probably a few sets still sitting in holder-boxes in various bags but some might need to be rescued from child-related applications and I expect at least one set will have taken the opportunity to expire over the summer, though they tend to only reveal this after three minutes' operation with adequate performance.
