Ghosting

Experimental image this evening - backblipped. I couldn't get my image to pixelate!

The theory is make a nel layer, filter>pixelate>Colour Halftone. What could possibly go wrong?

Weeell it only works on jpeg images. Who tells you that!!!???

Several hours later I have produced an image. There will be more of these, in the meantime here is my first attempt. With a lot of lessons learned.
