The Grocers' Apostrophe

Not strictly true really, this is more like the supermarket's apostrophe.

Pak'nSave is one of the three main supermarket chains in New Zealand and I see this sign every day on the way to work.

Being the pedantic type I often correct the spelling and grammar in my head. If I've got the gist of the name right it should read Pack 'n' Save.

Having said that it is the cheapest of the main three stores, so what it lacks in grammar it makes up in its prices.

I really like the bright yellow sign contrasting with the pure blue sky too.
