Butter

Now in Inverness visiting family. Kate takes me out for tea to the Clachnaharry Inn and gets a window table so that we can look out over to North Kessock but the rain obscures the view.
However the food was beautiful in taste and looks. This is the trio of butters that we got with our lovely fresh rolls. Followed by a slow-cooked Caithness Beef and creamy mash. Very like an an excellent Boef Bourgignon OR the best stew and tatties EVER!!
