Not SOLD on this.

Saw this sign this morning and thought that this must be a good agency. It was only later that it dawned on me that it was not actually on a house but on railings beside houses. Did they actually sell one or is it just an advertising ploy. I am sure that agency type blippers know what the truth is here.
