The Bazaar by José Andrés

The Bazaar by José Andrés in Beverly Hills CA. This was indeed a bazaar experience, from the full sized horse lamp to the chaotic staff. We selected a number of tapas style dishes, but this was my favorite by far, the 'American Caviar Cones'.

Knowing what the caviar is like back home, it was an opportunity not to be missed, and it didn't disappoint, less salt and more ocean flavor, similar experience to tasting an oyster plucked and shucked straight from the ocean... just amazing :)
