After all that back-bliping of a crazy busy week's (sometimes dodgy) food choices a trip to the local Asian supermarket to pick up some fruit and veg.

Now to get some decent meals prepared for next week....well at least a quick Goan throw anything in curry tonight, then hopefully a chance to catch up on all the commenting I've missed
