Red face, yellow flowers

At the market, I spotted this chap having a fag and a can of EuroShopper beer (presumably because the logo is red?.....)

The contrast of the bright flowers at the market stall, and his red costume were too much to resist. I chatted to him a bit, and he told me he was a performance artist.
