I think if you are a mother (or a father, grandfather, grandmother, and so on), you know what happiness a bouquet from a favorite little one can bring. These three flowers were presented to me by Miss A on our morning garden walk, searching for carrots. We did find 5 plump carrots and a green garden worm of some sort. I was feeling merciful after the bouquet presentation, so I tossed the worm over the fence rather than squish him. Rather nice gesture I think.
