A sad day in our house............
Daisy died this morning. After a very anxious few days she decided to say goodbye to us at around 1.45 this morning. She went with lots of love and hugs and kisses and has left us with lots of tears but many many happy memories.
I will remember her last 'best day' at St Erth riverbank, her trusting brown eyes, her need to give and receive cuddles, burying crumpets under the bird table when she was a puppy, hogging all the doggy toys, digging at Porthmeor Beach, hiding in the hedges at the horse field, stealing Al's pork chop from his plate once, springing to catch a ball in her mouth and her eternal quest for one more rabbit.
They say that only the good die young and Daisy was more than good, she was a big part of our family for 8 years and one that will be sorely missed and never forgotten.
My lovely in laws buried Daisy in what we call 'the bull field' where she spent many happy years sniffing, running and hunting. She will always be there in our hearts and we will always think of her when we go there.
Rest in Peace Daisy xxxxxxxxxxx
