Ouch

I ache in muscles I thought I had lost years ago, my fingers tips are raw, callouses have formed on my blisters, my knees are bruised and dented and my knuckles gnarled and well gnarled. I guess this is what they call hard manual graft.

3 days ago I bought my first ever wheelbarrow. I loved her, cherished her, polished her and oiled her squeaky bits. Now I loath the back breaking bint!

But, all the slabs have been laid, and some of them are level. Last year I installed a new outside light by the front door. It took me 4 days to realise I had put it up upside down!

It has become bit of a feature, a talking point in my neighbourhood. I think the wonky log cabin may assume similar status.
