Big kids' playground

I've had a lovely day with George whilst the rest of the family were off doing various, macho stuff.

Porridge prepared by my very own chef, some gentle computer and TV time (him) and vigorous housework (me) before we escaped to East Links Family Park for most of the day.

Tea chosen by George (home-made pork burgers with potato wedges, followed by ice cream & fruit cocktail) then some Tom & Jerry before reading I Love Whales and Dolphins. And, incredibly, he was ready for an early night - which just never happens when his brothers are around.

It was lovely being able to focus on one child, even though I have missed the others.
