It Just Keeps Growing!

Back in July I was amazed when my cactus plant suddenly started growing what I thought would be one flower. Turns out that many little flowers appeared on the stem. While we were on holiday, the flowers have started to die off but the length of the stem has continued to grow?! Not sure when it's going to stop!
