National Youth Theatre - Slick

Tonight was the final performance.
I loved watching all the rehearsals (know all the songs and some parts of the dance routines by heart!). Managed to go see SlickDress on Wednesday (the lead male actor fell off the dustbin he was standing on at one point and carried on delivering his line without a pause! Not even an 'ooof' as he hit the ground and then climbed back up).
An immersive show where you're almost one of the actors, until the big final routine out on the grass.
And what a routine!
This picture was taken close to the end of the show, from my vantage point as a local rather than in the audience this time.
I'm going to miss the National Youth Theatre. As the older ones here have said, "They've been no trouble."
And I am a theatreholic :)
