Roadrunner Yoga

Here is my friend Benji, my little roadrunner friend. Benji is about five months old. All of my roadrunner friends in the past have performed this act. Don't what it means, but they lay down on the hot ground and spread all their feathers. Today, it was very hot on the bricks, but Benji kept doing this right in front of me. Sometimes they do it on the concrete when it is 105 F. Guess it warms them thru and thru. Or... maybe they are giving me a special gift of their spirit. Whatever it is, I love to see the display of all their beautiful colored feathers.
