The hat is part of a set his Grandma bought him in preparation for winter. He now insists on trying to wear it whenever we go anywhere. Now granted this summer has been somewhat lacking, but it isn't quite hat and scarf weather yet. In fact today has actually been quite warm; probably nature's little joke before the snow starts!
