I did this by painting the paper with potassium permanganate so it stained brown then bleached it with lemon juice. Chemistry meets art basically, lol.

It makes a cool effect though but acid and a mineral based brown stuff probably won't last long before it rot's.

Never mind, we can always take photo's :).
