Harvest time.................

The sun came out today, and this afternoon we took a drive into the local countryside. We headed off to Daresbury, on our way to the local ice cream farm .
A couple of weeks ago, these fields were high , this week it's a different scene. All trimmed back and bales ready for collection . I love the changing seasons and the way the countryside reflects this.
One thing that I am certainly not happy about , is that Mince Pies are on sale !
