Castell Coch

Epic cycle ride today, along the Taff Trail to the beautiful Castell Coch, 5 miles outside Cardiff. 5 miles! And we cycled all the way there (except for the very last hill where James pushed the bikes up. It was a VERY steep hill.) Quite an achievement considering a) I have M.E. and b) I haven't cycled more than a mile and a half in 14 years! Very pleased. Got caught in the rain on the way home so got the train back for the last leg, but still nearly did 7 miles. All that and 2 hours of yoga yesterday. What a healthy weekend!
