Pot au Feu

Decided to try cooking something different with a whole chicken, so good old BBC food gave me this Pot au feu but using chicken instead of Beef

We had our first gig as Blooze last night at a Birthday Party in Penzance. Played 7 numbers, the early ones were a bit of a disaster, when I played the intro to Johnny be Goode only a third of the notes I played actually came out !. However by the end - a Doors number Roadhouse Blues - it we had relaxed into it, & it was all flowing nicely, and most importantly the audience loved it. Will back blip once i get hold of the camera.
