20 years ago today ........

.....Bb and I arrived in Bcn in our little red 2CV. It was the start of a huge adventure for us and little did we know where it would take us or how long! We didn't speak Spanish and we'd both left behind secure jobs. We'd only been married one year at the time. Bb was due to start a 2 year full-time MBA and part of the plan was that I had to find work pretty fast! I was lucky enough to be offered a contract teaching English in a small, but well established language school and I stayed with that school for 11 years. We soon explored the Costa Brava and found and fell in love with Cadaques, which is where we are this weekend and this photo is in Casa Nun, our favourite restaurant here and where we had lunch today. Spain's our adopted home now and 20 years on we still love it!
