Keeping Trim (ed)

Lovely day spent with Stucks. She took me for brekkie in a fab pub, it was very cool and our morning tea was served in big retro mugs in a teapot covered with a knitted cosy. I *love* that sort of stuff!

Sarah was happy to see me eat a big meal too. I had a full veggie breakfast...can't remember the last time I had one of those. She is very good for me mentally and physically! I'm not trying to lose weight but do lose my appetite a lot. We look out for eachother I hope.

She is extremely gorgeous, cool, beautiful home and good job - but *even* she excelled herself today when she declared we would sort out the privet bush at the front of her house. I was thinking we would be snipping away in a lady like manner with mini shears till she got out this fella and fired it up!

She handled it well and did a great job - I was very nervous but suffice to say I'm not a hedge trimmer virgin anymore.

I didn't bring a change of clothes so looked a bit of a sight tottering in my heels and dress wielding the trimmer!

Good times.
