Egg Custard

Decided to do some baking today... have been inspired by the Great British Bake Off on BBC2! I wanted to have a go at making some pastry... I think the last time I did, it was in Home Economics at school (not even sure it's still called that anymore!)

So I made an egg custard tart. Unfortunately myself and the kids were so keen to try it, that I forgot to take a shot before it disappeared. I did however have left over egg custard which I cooked in mini ramekins.... made a tasty dessert tonight!
