Beach again

I can't believe the heat! For folk like me, the heat ends up being too much; and I hate saying that!

Along the beach this afternoon, I was surprised that there weren't more people. I suppose everyone is back home at work. Those that were there were white bodies turning slowly lobster-like. (I was reminded of this blip of Scobes'.)

I would love to see Australian life guards rushing up to them to slap on the old factor 30.

Hell mind them.

This shot doesn't do justice to the day. It almost looks overcast - the sky was not, indeed, very blue. Could this be because of a heat haze?
