Ralph

This is Ralph.

Ralph is a Bactrian Camel and lives at the Heads of Ayr Farm Park which we visited yesterday.

I've been afraid of camels since a holiday in Ibiza as a child ... horrible, smelly camels, biting and spitting they were :o/

Ralph however is ever so gentle and feeds by taking pellets from the palm of your hand rather like feeding a horse. He's ever so gentle for such a large animal and I think that he's adorable.

I think I love Ralph :O)
