This is the only image today which didn't involve any culinary effort.

I was so busy, trying to take a good shot of said culinary effort, that I forgot to go forth with the camera.
I just sneaked this one in, under the bar, before the light was lost completely.
So. It's not very exciting.

Neither, you're probably guessing, was the cake which absorbed my interest for most of the day.

Himself, unusually behind the lens, took a nice shot of me, dog at my side, amidst baking mayhem. It's a good one of the dog.
(I didn't appeciate how much MESS I'm apt to create.)

I really should stop baking and lose some weight.
