Tim Tam Surprise!!!

We've been looking around The Trafford Centre, where suddenly on the shelf I spied the most gorgeous biscuits you can ever imagine - Tim Tams!!!

We discovered these amazing little treats whilst taking a gap year around their native Australia. And *oh boy* how everybody raves about them!

But there is a fun way of eating them;
You bite a little off two opposite corners, one on either end of the bar, then you use the biscuit as a straw and drink your hot coffee/tea/chocolate through it!!!

Believe me, there is nothing quite as fun and yummy like them.
