Homemade Kimchi

One spicy vegetarian kimchi indeed!!

My girlfriend came today to learn how to make kimchi. Sometimes, I feel like she came not to learn on how to make kimchi but, for someone to make it for her..

Sometimes, it annoys me when people kind of take advantage of me. Anyway, I thought she's going to take notes on what am doing instead I didn't see her writing anything down.. Odd for someone who said that she came to learn..

I don't mind making kimchi when I wanted to make it but, I don't like making kimchi for someone who take advantage of my kindness.

Anyway, the kimchi really is spicy but delicious at the same time.. enjoying my food while watching "Mistress of Spices" on youtube on my tv.. Awesomess!!
