Tip of the Dingtuna church I think it is so beauti

Dingtuna located just outside the city of Västerås, west, the old road towards Köping / Eskilstuna.
The church, located on the "other side" of the road and rail, has very ancient roots. Today's building dates back to the 1300s, but you know that already two hundred years earlier there had been a church in the Romanesque style in the same place, and that the charred remains of wood may indicate an even earlier wooden church.
But the church today is 31.7 times 13.2 feet, which corresponds to the dimensions when it was built in the 1300s. During the 1400s added the tower and brick arches were as reinforcement. In the 1700s the church had fallen pretty bad (cf. riders church ruins), 1735 had to even repair the decrepit (west) vault. But over the following years there was a more general restoration.
Next restoration, in 1898, led by Mr Hahr, born in Dingtuna and best known for his work as city architect in Västerås.

The most prominent attraction in Ding Tunas church is without a doubt frescos from the 1470s. These are early works by Albertus Pictor, one of his era's most famous kyrkodekoratörer. Of course, Albert ran a large paint shop, as all other known masters, it is uncertain how much of the works he painted.
it is just the tip of the Church
