Autumn's here...:-(

For us runners, early September marks the end of 5 months of light evening runs on the hills and trails. This evening I ran 7 miles on the roads around Tattenhall, Cheshire whilst sporting the high viz bib that's been festering at the bottom of my sports bag since March. It was pitch black by time I'd finished and there was a bit of traffic around, so good job I wore it really.

Wear your bibs runners and stay safe out there. Just 7 months until the night's get light enough again for glorious off road, bib free evenings!
