lemon blueberry tarts

after a cold morning out playing tennis with an old friend, a day in the kitchen with the oven on sounded just perfect. so i made these lovely little tart shells and filled them with lemon curd and fresh michigan blueberries. yum yum yum! with those finished, i quickly moved on to some honey maple granola with fruit and nuts. looking forward to a breakfast of a yogurt/granola/blackberry parfait :)

ive been spending a lot of time thinking about ways to make money without going down that 'real job' path. my latest, and quite possibly best thought yet - a sort of baking service. i would come to your house and bake for you/your family/a party/etc. the house would smell delicious, and you would have yummy baked goods to eat! would you hire me?
