Smokin'.......

Meat, that is. Today was our annual smoke fest. Got out the smoker and filled it with turkey, pork, beef and spareribs and spent the day smoking. Our smoker is fairly large and holds a lot, so when we do it, we try to fill it up. Had BBQ spareribs for supper, along with some of the pork, beef, and turkey, with coleslaw, baked beans, and homemade bread. Delicious!
