Portland Food Carts

We made the surprise visit down to Portland Oregon to see The Goose's family and mine (who were visiting The Goose's).

There is much to love about Portland, but one of our favorite things about the city is the abundance of food carts.

These food carts are everywhere in the city and there is so much diversity in flavors to be found.

The Goose and I chose a vegetarian option at this Indian food cart and also a Mediterranean option at another.
