Posh nosh

There were no soaps on tonight, so I was in no hurry to get tea ready for 7pm, so decided to go a little posh.
Chicken breast, stuffed with chorizo and Brie, wrapped in bacon and oven baked, served with mashed sweet and homegrown potatoes, carrots, parsnips and brocolli, with a red wine and port sauce!
Mmmmmmm!
