Damaged Goods

This is a picture a really nice floor lamp given to us by Adam's parents. Unfortunately the removal company didn't take as good a care of it as we would have liked - as you can see the lampshade was squashed, tearing the plastic inside. Doesn't look too bad when it isn't switched on but as soon as you flick the switch, it looks a mess. Add this too the rest of the items they damaged and broke and the total bill to the removal company for insurance is around £500... Thank god we decided to pay a little extra for the insurance!
