Had a meeting with Murray and the lovely Denise at Shmu this morning from Station House Media Unit (Shmu) - run by and for regeneration communities across Aberdeen. They do all sorts, radio, magazines, training for old, young, able and not so able. I always like taking meetings with them, particularly today, as it was a rare chance to do some development work, a wee oasis from muddling through increasing waves of work stuff and nonsense.
