Always loved this piece of art done by my daughter Ashley when she was in school. I was one of those moms that saved all my girls art work. This is probably my favorite of Ash's. She carved flowers into a block of stirfoam and than painted it. Simple but beautiful. Love the color choice she made. Now she is a mom of two, one just starting kindergarten and the other starting second grade and she too saves their art work.

Speaking of school, I will be starting my first day back tomorrow. Sad to have summer break over but looking forward to starting a new school year and meet my 20 new PreK"ers" that I will be spending the next 1o months with.
