Gorgeous view

Took a ferry to Port Orchard this morning - and this is the beautiful view from Port Orchard over to Bremerton. I love taking the ferry - means we live close to/on water.

Spent the afternoon there, stopped off at La Medusa for happy hour and then came home to make this - Spiced Eggplant with Peas and Yogurt. Switched out the peas for chick peas - it was divine. And we had all the ingredients on hand - I love it when that happens.

Great day - I love Saturdays, especially when I don't have to work! And I get to see this lovely view, and it's sunny and perfect.
