Legal Graffiti

This was taken in the Left Bank Arcade in Central Wellington, not far from where I work.

I actually have a soft spot for well-crafted graffiti but was a little taken aback to see the police contributing this piece.

I thought they were supposed to be catching graffitists, not joining in...
