It's Autumn but look at those conkers!

I've noticed the conkers seem to be huge nowadays, unless it just a Gloucestershire thing. We haven't had a lot of rain this year, apart from the past 2 days when it's been fairly torrential, so maybe that's why the leaves of the Chestnuts turned brown early. Doesn't explain the huge chestnuts though, they look like apples up there in the tree.
