Life of a toaster

Elevation

One principal of photography, so they say, is to find an elevated spot. So I got to thinking about where in the city I could easily get up to a high viewpoint, without either trespassing, paying money, or getting to know peole who live on the 20th floor of a tower block.

This is the Central Station Tower, as viewed from the 8th floor of Sauchiehall St car park. I was one of 3 folk taking photos up there this lunchtime. I forgot to try the secret signal to find out whether they were blippers. Or maybe I could have just asked them. After all, people get strangers walking up to them in car parks all the time, don't they?
