Back spam

Took mega pain to my hip/leg on Sunday past after spending a few hours working on the outside of a newly built garage etc.

Called the Doctor out this morning as I can barely walk, off work for a while, lots of tablets, lying on sofa listening to lots of Internet radio to pass the time & take my mind off the pain.
