Colours of the Fall

Strange but in other years the first trees to undergo a colour change are usually the chestnuts but this time it appears to be the Sycamore/Maple family which has won the race to put on a show. And what a show it is turning out to be.

Since today is Mrs.Joesblip's birthday I know you will forgive me if I don't get to commenting too much but I'll see how far I get before the celebrations begin.
